Ciel & Terre is an international SME of the renewable energy industry with a hundred employees and 10 subsidiaries worldwide.

We act decisively for the development of the fast-evolving floating solar market. As pioneer and leader in that field, we have designed the first patented floating solar technology Hydrelio®, which is now distributed in some 30 countries throughout the world. The system aims to respond land use conflicts and produce energy in a more efficient way.

With a 13-year experience in solar, the company is a specialist in the conception and manufacturing of innovative floating PV solutions. In addition, we offer our engineering expertise and knowledge to support the projects’ development and construction.

YOUR MISSION

To support our growth strategy, we wants to recruit an International Sales Directorreferring to the General Manager of the Product Business Unit. 

As a real entrepreneur, you build and manage the international sales and marketing strategy for the group.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As such, your main responsibilities are:

  • Co-build a global business strategy aligned with the vision and ambition of the company.
  • Set up commercial processes aligned with key accounts and their cultural and territorial specificities.
  • Create synergies between the subsidiaries and share best practices.
  • Introduce yourself as a real support for sales teams through subsidiaries.
  • Lead global key accounts and international partnerships.
  • Manage the marketing strategy and its deployment.

 

YOUR PROFILE

Higher education (business school), you have a successful experience of 15 years minimum in international trade and management of multi-cultural teams

You already have worked in energy industry and are used to lead key accounts, call for tenders and large projects. 

You are bilingual English and are ready to travel anywhere in the world. 

Thanks to your strong leadership, you know how to convince without imposing. You are bold and creative in your business approach. You bet on teamwork and know how to create membership. You are rigorous, organized and are perfectly adaptable to a multicultural environment. 

Federator, entrepreneur, you are a real Swiss army knife for the company. You are recognized for your optimism and your taste for the challenge.
